1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SwenTalk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use SwenTalk. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older. If we discover that a user is under 16, their account will be immediately terminated.

3. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, and any other content (“Content”) that you submit, post, or display on or via SwenTalk.

You must own or have the right to share any photo you upload. You must not upload content that is illegal, that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove such content and terminate accounts that upload it, and we report it to the authorities where the law requires.

SwenTalk takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Content posted by you or any third party.

4. Illegal Activity Prohibited

You agree not to use the SwenTalk service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.

• You must not post violent, nude, partially nude, discriminatory, unlawful, infringing, hateful, pornographic or sexually suggestive photos or other content via the Service.
• You must not defame, stalk, bully, abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate people or entities.
• You must not use the service to facilitate any illegal activities.

5. Reporting and Enforcement

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior on SwenTalk. You can report a message or a user from inside the app: use the flag on a message, or open Conversation info and report a member. You can block anyone at any time. You can also email support@swentalk.com.

We review reports and aim to act on violations within 24 hours. Depending on the severity, we may remove content, warn the person, or suspend or permanently terminate their account. When you report a message we receive it as you saw it, so we can review it. Do not submit false or abusive reports; doing so may lead to action against your account.

6. Law Enforcement Cooperation

SwenTalk will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and share all available user data and records if legally requested to do so in relation to any investigation into illegal activities conducted on or through our platform. We reserve the right to report any illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SwenTalk service or your access to the service for any reason, without notice, at any time, and without liability to you. If we determine you have violated these Terms, your account will be immediately terminated. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
